Terms of Service

The service

Thryve OS provides browser-based productivity tools and the Discover software catalogue. Most tools run entirely on your device. A small number of optional features, including cloud transcription in Thryve Scribe and Pro AI features in Thryve Resume, use cloud processing when you choose them and your plan permits it. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your plan and these terms.

Billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Dodo calculates, collects, and remits applicable GST/VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-time unlocks are charged once. You can cancel an active subscription through the billing portal. Thryve OS Pro, Thryve Scribe, and Thryve Resume may have separate plans. Each purchase unlocks only the features described at checkout and on the pricing page.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and access ends at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout and Dodo's Merchant-of-Record terms. For help with a charge, cancellation, or refund request, contact contact@thryveapps.in with the purchase details. An approved refund revokes the relevant paid entitlement.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You retain your rights in content you process locally. When you choose an optional cloud feature, you confirm that you have the right to send that content for processing.

Discover listings

Discover provides structured software profiles, public evidence, and clearly labelled unknowns. It is not a privacy score, a security certification, or a guarantee that a product is suitable for your use case. A developer-confirmed profile means the developer confirmed the profile with Thryve; it does not replace your own evaluation.

Assistive tools, not guarantees

Tools such as Thryve Redact help detect and remove personal information, and Thryve Scribe and Thryve Resume help produce transcripts or AI-assisted writing. No automated system is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. The tools are provided as is without a warranty of fitness for a particular compliance, legal, or professional obligation.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to extract server-side keys, bypass entitlement checks, or abuse metered cloud APIs.
• Do not resell access without a written agreement.
• Do not send content you do not have the right to process through an optional cloud feature.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thryve OS's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, abuse of the service, or legal or security reasons. We will update these terms when they change.
